FAQ’s

Q: Do you charge a sitting fee?
A: There is a $50.00 non refundable sitting fee, due at the time of your session.  We guarantee you will love your completed portraits, or we will take them until you are happy!

Q: Where do you take portraits?
A: Almost anywhere you want to! We have many special locations ready for you … But these are your special memories- we are open to your ideas too! We don’t have an indoor studio so we are not limited to the same old thing. You will definitely have unique Senior memories captured with us!

Q: Where is the price list?
A: Please e-mail a request pricing.  We will share our current pricing and mention any Specials.  We have a varitey of pricing and packages that will satisfy everyone.

Q: Can you prepare a Senior Yearbook Ad too?

A: We sure can!  Pick the photo & tell us what kind of message you want.  Each Senior ad is personal.  Some are from the student to their family & friends- Others are from the Parent wishing their Senior well in the future.  Some have a personal Christian message of scripture.  It's all a personal choice.  We will provide a image or the finish ad on CD, "Print Ready" for publishing.

Q: Help! The portrait deadline is coming soon- How soon can we get them?
A: Our packages are usually delivered within 7-10 days. If you need it even faster- we can do that too. We will pass on the $25.00 RUSH fee from our lab.

Q: Do you provide matting & framing for us?
A: We absolutely can- We know everyone is busy during these times. Let us handle it for you! We offer a traditional mat and frame in one of our special packages, but there are many custom selections available. We also provide canvas portraits and custom framing.

Q: We need more photos to insert in our graduation announcements- Can we order more?

A: It sounds like our "Add On" list will work best for your additional needs.  Keep in mind that we archieve your images and keep them on file for several years.
